Thank you to those who attended our October meeting last week. A warm welcome to the new attendees. We extended our welcome to visitors from the UK and overseas who are researching different Caribbean Islands including Barbados, St Kitts & Nevis, Cuba, Grenada and Jamaica. We learnt the 5 steps to Family History research as well as the importance of completing a Pedigree chart. The Family Group Sheet and Pedigree Chart are available from us on request by emailing cfhg.sol.birm@gmail.com. One of our members brought her brick wall to the group which we were very pleased to be able to break down and assist with. It is great to have a success story!
Our annual membership fee is £20 and can be paid via the Parish Chest by clicking here. This will give you access to all of our meetings.
We hope to see you at our November meeting on Saturday 27th November at 14.00hrs GMT. This will be our last meeting of 2021 as we do not meet in December.
