Who Do You Think You Are Magazine are again promoting Transcription Tuesday. This year it is on Tuesday 1st February.
As family historians we now enjoy the ease of accessing many records online instead of visiting archives. This process of getting the records online is time consuming and not straight forward. If you would like to help for a day or even longer , go to this link for more information. There are four projects being supported this year. You can choose your project and set it up. The project is open to everyone from overseas too. Last year 100,000 records were transcribed. Check out the link for more information.
