Thank you to all those who attended our November meeting both in person at the Core Library and online. Our thanks also to the Solihull Core Library for allowing us to display our exhibition and for all their help.
We would like to extend a warm welcome to the first time attendees at our meeting and hope you will consider joining us as a member. Many thanks also to Yvette from the USA who gave information on how to find records when tracing your ancestry back to the period of slavery . This meeting was the last in our 3-meeting theme of ‘Finding your ancestors in the British (West Indies) Colonial Slavery Period (1807 to 1838)’
