Our members Barbados group have had great success in getting back another generation during our collaborative twice monthly family history sessions. By working together in an online group we have found we can easily exchange ideas and make suggestions which have assisted us in tracing our family history further back. We have also been instrumental in the re-opening of some closed documents on the Family Search website, when we discovered that it was highly likely that the records we were searching for, were ‘locked’. Following our intervention, the records are all now available for worldwide viewing. Another success story for the group.
